This test analyzes fetal DNA present in the mother's blood and compares it with DNA from the alleged father to determine paternity before the baby is born.

Please have the following available and requirements met at the time of collection:
• Pregnancy must be at least 7 weeks gestation at the time of testing
• Valid government-issued photo ID for all participating adults
• The mother will need to provide a blood sample
• The alleged father will generally provide a cheek-swab sample
• Please have any pregnancy-related information or documentation requested when your appointment is confirmed
• Any additional documentation requested for your specific testing situation

Your appointment includes mobile DNA collection within our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply to locations outside the included service area. Any additional mileage charge will be confirmed with you before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Once DNA samples have been collected and/or laboratory processing has begun, payments are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
