• Valid government-issued photo ID for all participating adults
• A parent or legal guardian must be present for participating minors when required
• Any additional documentation we request when confirming your appointment
After booking, Discreet Mobile DNA may contact you to confirm the participants, collection address, and appointment details.
Your appointment includes mobile DNA collection within our standard service area. Additional travel charges may apply to locations outside the included service area. Any additional mileage charge will be confirmed with you before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Same-day cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Once DNA samples have been collected and/or laboratory processing has begun, payments are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
